As the UI/UX designer, I transformed complex casino loyalty perks into an effortless e-commerce redemption platform for premium players:
Discovery & Shopping: Designed the Reward Store with custom filtering, product shortcuts, favorite lists, and location-specific redemption guides.
Core Flows & Account Management: Structured real-time Wynn Coin balance tracking, shopping cart and order status updates, delivery address settings, redemption history, account deletion, and error messaging.
